Above the old harbour road, The Rooms is a small guesthouse for people who want the coast without a programme.
Breakfast comes with every key. The sea is five minutes downhill. Boots dry by the back door.

Maps, novels and a pot of tea live in the chart room. Nothing needs booking.
Before you set out
House notes
01 Is breakfast included? +
Yes. Breakfast is served in the chart room from 8:00–10:00, with a simple cooked plate, pastries, fruit and good coffee. Tell us about dietary needs when you enquire.
02 Can we bring a dog? +
One well-behaved dog can stay in The Boat House by prior arrangement. We charge £15 per stay and ask that dogs stay off beds and furniture.
03 Where can we park? +
There is no private car park. The harbour car park is a three-minute walk away and has overnight spaces. You can pull up outside briefly to unload.
04 Do you take children? +
The house is best suited to adults and children aged 12 or over. Every room sleeps a maximum of two people and we do not have cots or extra beds.
05 What is your cancellation policy? +
Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to seven days before arrival. Later cancellations are charged the first night. Your confirmation will contain the full terms.
